The following Committee has been established by the MIIAA:

• Risk management Standing Committee

The committee functions within an agreed Charter, which outlines the scope and key functions of the Committee and its authority and reporting obligations to the CEO.

The Committee meets as required, but generally at least meets quarterly.  The Committees report to the MIIAA CEO.
