The following Committees have been established by the MIIAA:

• Risk management and claims committee
• Insurance and technical committee

Each committee functions within an agreed Charter, which outlines the scope and key functions of the Committee and its authority and reporting obligations to the CEO.

Each Committee meets as required, but generally at least meets quarterly.  The Committees report to the MIIAA CEO.

The Committees have two CEOs from a member organisation on them to provide leadership and direction to the Committee and to be a conduit to the MIIAA Board.
