The MIIAA publishes a newsletter several times a year, which can be downloaded from this section of the website.

In 2004, the MIIAA commissioned Insurance Statistics Australia to undertake an analysis of the subscription and claims trends for Australian medical defence organisations from 1995 to 2003, focusing on key specialty groups and large individual losses.   These reports are no longer produced, however archived copies can be accessed under the reports subheading.
